Thank you for your professional response to my ongoing download and installation problems with PaperPort. While I am certainly not a tech guru; I manage tech issues fairly well plus I am always willing to take the time to learn but nothing seemed to work with PaperPort.
Office 2007 downloaded and installed with no problems whatsoever. I certainly appreciate the upgrade from my request for 2003 to 2007
